2 month study to put together a training kit/cultural induction kit for Indian software engineers/professionals who relocate to Benelux to cover key aspects of each of Belgium and Netherlands, local way of life, typical real life expectations, differences with India in day to day behaviour, overview of region’s history, dress codes, typical expectations. As part of the study the intern is expected to interview Infosys client facing personnel in sales/marketing who can give them examples of typical “difficult” situations encountered from a point of view of cultural compatibility etc
