During your traineeship you will get to know the organization and get acquainted with some of the companies that operate under the Pon umbrella.

What’s in it for you?

Who are we looking for?

Are you entrepreneurial, driven and do you have a broad societal interest? Do you have some experience abroad through an internship, exchange program or a long journey? Did you obtain managerial experience during your studies, or did you participate in extracurricular activities? Is your master’s degree within technology, engineering, business, economics or similar? Selection procedure

In October 2011 the first interviews will be held in Oslo, Goteborg and Copen-hagen. An assessment is part of the procedure. The final round will take place in the Netherlands.
