Job description | Why join us?

Are you curious about the world of management consulting? Would you like to experience it first hand and understand how a consultancy works? Come and join our summer internship programme!

During the internship, you will receive hands-on support and mentoring from our industry-leading consultants, including our graduate consultants, project managers and Partners. You will shadow them and learn how we provide strategic advice and high-quality analysis on all aspects of strategy, transaction support, sustainability, transformation, and regulation.

You will get exposure to real-life projects and learn how we transform our work into insights for the client.

During your time with us, you will get involved in some of the following responsibilities that our graduate consultants do day-to-day:

  • conducting high-quality research
  • offering quantitative and qualitative analysis of that research
  • gathering and crunching numerical data
  • modelling and forecasting using various pieces of software
  • presenting your main findings in written, graphical and oral form
  • developing deep sector knowledge
  • and more.

Qualifications | Is it for you?

If you are a problem-solver who is critical and analytical in your approach, then this is the right job for you.

You are in your 3rd, 4th or 5th year at university and able to complete a summer internship.

You will be studying for a degree from any academic background (including STEM, Humanities, and others) and you must enjoy working with numbers and data.

You must be fluent in English and Norwegian.
