We’re excited to announce a limited number of Management Trainee positions starting in autumn 2025. This program is designed to help you, our future colleague, develop yourself and explore your talents in an internationally thriving company.
Visma is a collective of nearly 200 companies spread across 32 countries. Together we’re on a mission to improve the work-life of millions of people around the world, by developing and delivering software that simplifies complex processes.
As a Management Trainee, you'll work on five strategic projects across Visma's companies and business areas over one year. You'll have the chance to really contribute to Visma’s deliveries and work in various European locations, like Copenhagen or Amsterdam.
This international program connects you with colleagues from Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Through a shared introductory week in Oslo and joint gatherings at various locations in Europe during the trainee period, you’ll get to know each other well.

Once you apply, get ready to complete some ability tests. If we believe we are a great match, we'll invite you to a digital interview. The final interview, including a case study, will take place at our Oslo HQ.
