BearingPoint Capital delivers M&A advisory services on both the sell-side and buy-side transactions, with a special focus on companies where technology at the core of their strategy. Our service offerings include sell-side and buy-side advisory, M&A strategy consulting and commercial and technological due diligence. In addition, we at Capital are responsible for managing BearingPoint’s corporate portfolio and executing our firmwide M&A strategy.
As an off-cycle intern, you can:
• Work side-by-side with some of the best minds in the industry and learn from their mentorship
• Advise and collaborate with our clients on multiple aspects of transaction-related processes
• Develop materials, analyses and financial models
• Be part of the sales cycle from prospecting to organizing and participating in client meetings
• Have the opportunity to work across different regions and sectors
We are looking for talented candidates who are currently in the 3rd – 5th year of their education. You should have an excellent academic track record, a strong interest in M&A, strategy, and technology, and fluency in a Scandinavian language and English. You should also be analytical, structured, results-oriented, and enjoy working in teams.
Our off-cycle internships take place outside the regular summer period and we are flexible with regards to duration, though 8-12 weeks is normal.
