The Finance and Control (F&C) function is the driving force behind performance and the creation of greater value in the company, we ensure financing and are responsible for financial information internally and externally. The F&C function provides professional support and advice towards business units and the corporate executive management. We also represent Equinor in the financial markets and are responsible for the interaction towards equity analysts and investors.
Our graduates mainly work within the areas of:
F&C is also responsible for tax, risk management and investor relations. A graduate rotation into one of these disciplines is also possible.
As a graduate you will work with business tasks and projects across the company. Stavanger is the main location for many of the Finance and Control functions, but some of the graduate positions are in other locations.
You will develop your competence and skills, build business insight, extend your professional network, and at the same time make a genuine contribution to the organisation’s success from a very early stage. In your daily work you will have the opportunity to grow and deliver together with experienced leaders and collaborative colleagues.
The F&C function is looking for profiles suitable to meet the increased demand for digital competence. Candidates with specialization or experience within computer science, data analytics and digitalization are therefore encouraged to apply.
