If you’re intrigued by solving complex problems and want to create sustainable impact on one of the most important agendas today, Bain Beyond Business 2022 is your chance. For the first edition of this event, we’ve teamed up with the World Wildlife Foundation (WWF) and Arla to move the needle on biodiversity. On August 18-20, we’ll gather a group of ingenious students from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden for an unforgettable weekend of impactful problem solving, meaningful relationship building and a taste of Bain.
WHAT’S BAIN BEYOND BUSINESS ABOUT?
Bain Beyond Business is a three-day event which takes place in the relaxing surroundings of the beautiful Hornbækhus. Alongside fellow students, you’ll get to work on a real-life case for Arla to help them develop their biodiversity strategy. Throughout the weekend you’ll develop your toolbox, receive sparring, feedback and guidance from Bain consultants and our expert partner, WWF – all while getting a unique taste of what it’s like to solve complex problems for industry leaders. This trip is also a unique opportunity for you to expand your network, get to know Bain consultants and fellow students from the Nordics – professionally and personally. Through delicious meals, fun activities and informal conversations, we hope to give you a truly memorable experience and the full picture of what it’s like to be a part of Bain in the Nordics.
PRE-TRIP GET-TOGETHERS:
To get the absolute most out of this amazing opportunity, we’ll meet up twice before the trip to prepare: First, for an insightful evening in June at your local Bain office, complete with dinner and drinks.

Then, on August 11, we’ll meet for a virtual breakfast, where you’ll get insights into the brand-new biodiversity research conducted by WWF and Bain that you’ll be using to solve the case on the trip. Here, we’ll also break into cross-Nordic case teams, so you can get to know your team before the trip.
