We are currently looking for candidates for our 2022 Summer Internship Program. We offer selected candidates the opportunity to gain unique work experience in one of the largest investment managers in the Nordic region. The summer internship takes place in our Oslo office and lasts 6 to 8 weeks during the June to August period, depending on your time preferences.
We are long term investors, and we aim to take a similar approach in our recruiting effort. An internship with us offers an opportunity to get an early start to a potential career in DNB or somewhere else in financial services. During the program, our interns get a full introduction to other parts of DNB and will work together with top professionals within investment management.
Who we are
DNB Asset Management is a leading Nordic asset manager with approximately NOK850bn under management. We offer our clients various investment strategies including discretionary mandates within Nordic and global asset classes, both long-only equities, long/short equities, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds, multi-assets, multi-manager portfolios and alternative investments.
Summer internship 2022
We are looking for 6 candidates primarily within the equities division. The internship will consist of a dedicated project such as risk and performance analytics, company research, stock valuation, and ESG integration, in addition to helping the asset managers in day-to-day work.
A dedicated buddy will guide you through your project and support you in your role. Depending on your project you will be given an opportunity to present your findings to your team and the senior managers.
To succeed in a high performing and hard-working environment, we also aim to have fun. There will be social events, team activities and workshops where you will have the opportunity to get to know the other summer interns in DNB Asset Management and the rest of the organisation.

The deadline for sending your application is 25. January 2022 and applications will be reviewed after the closing date. Instead of a cover letter we kindly ask you to answer a few questions. Your application must be in English. In addition to your CV note that we will require submitted grade transcripts. All uploads must be in PDF.
A 45-minute test will be sent to candidates (please also check your spam folder). Based on the results, your academic results and motivation we will invite selected candidates for initial interviews. Finally, we will invite the top candidates for final interviews with the relevant teams in DNB Asset Management.
