Sustainability Summer Internship 2022

Every summer we recruit around 50 interns that will work across different departments in Orkla. Our goal for the internship is to be fun and exciting but also a place where our interns can learn valuable skills that will help them in their future careers. Throughout the summer there will be held social events and gatherings for the interns to also get to know each other in a fun, out-of-office environment. This will be a paid position running for 8 weeks between June and August (two weeks holiday).

Sustainability:
As a sustainability intern, you will get to know what it is like to be a Sustainability Advisor. You will be given responsibility for your own projects working both individually and in a group. You will get the chance to deliver solutions to some of the sustainability issues that we are faced with and help us achieve our sustainability goals. Through the work you will face some of the same challenges that our Sustainability Advisors are exposed to and get to know and understand the whole value chain of Orkla.
Possible project areas you may work within include: Circular design and innovation, environmental management, sustainable raw material production, human rights due diligence and sustainability reporting and communication.

We will be running assessment days at Orkla HQ in October and concluding the process by the end of that month.
