For 2025, Orkla has embarked on a strategic journey with aspirations to grow and secure our position as a leading branded consumer goods company. A large part of this journey is to establish Supply Chain as a competitive advantage for us. To encourage this change, an internal consultancy group, Orkla Group Operations (OGO), was created.
THE TEAM YOU WILL BE PART OF
The team has 40 people based around Scandinavia, the Baltics and Central Europe. Our team represents a mix of highly experienced Supply Chain experts from various sectors, former management consultants, and new graduates.
THE OGO PROJECT ANALYST ROLE
You will play a key role in the development of one of the largest brande consumer goods companies in the Nordics. OGO is a highly dynamic and energized team, who drives the strategic change and operational improvements needed to make Orkla successful for decades to come. Your role as a project analyst will be to support large scale change projects, from initial assessment to diagnostics, design, planning, implementation and subsequent capturing of financial benefits.

EDUCATION
Preferably a relevant Master of Science from a leading institution. Another educational background could also be sufficient in combination with the right experience and with the right level of analytical capabilities
