Tise is a Norwegian, fast-growing software company with an experienced team. We do everything from coding to design and business development in-house. Our main focus is the app for iOS and Android called “Tise”. Tise, as in "advertise", is a marriage between Instagram and Finn.no for selling and discovering second hand fashion, interior and furniture. We’re already more than half a million registered users and is the largest marketplace in Norway in the fashion category.
Big features in Tise include our search- and recommendation engine, interactive chat, as well as payment solution. Priorities in a startup can change quickly as new opportunities or challenges appear, so you'll rarely be working on the same thing for long!
At Tise we work primarily with these technologies:
Backend: Node.js with MongoDB, Django with Postgres, all running on AWS
Frontend: React, Swift, and Kotlin
If you know any of these technologies, that's a plus. If you want to get to know them, and believe you can learn fairly fast, that's also a plus.
Our tech team currently consist of Axel, Thomas, Marthe and Marcus in Oslo (see tise.com/team for more info), and five remote developers. You will also work closely with the rest of the Tise team, currently totalling 25.
At Tise we help people #reuse by making second hand more fun and inspiring. In doing that we need inspiring and creative employees who strive to excel at what they do.
