Be part of changing the supply chain strategy for Orkla
In 2014, Orkla embarked on a strategic journey to refocus on our core and to grow the branded consumer goods business. A large part of this journey is to establish Supply Chain as a competitive advantage for Orkla. To facilitate this change an internal consultancy group, Production Strategy & Development (PSD), was established.
The PSD project analyst role
You will be a part in the development of one of the largest branded consumer goods companies in the Nordics. PSD is a highly dynamic and energized team, driving the strategic change and operational improvements needed to secure the long-term success of Orkla. Your role as a project analyst will be to support change projects, from initial assessment to diagnostics, design, planning, implementation and subsequent capturing of financial benefits. Being part of PSD will provide you with an exceptional network and a vast array of future possibilities within Orkla, in Scandinavia, Central Europe and Asia.
Education
Preferably a relevant Master of Science from a leading institution. Another educational background could also be sufficient in combination with the right experience and with the right level of analytical capabilities
Personality/Characteristics
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•High commitment and creativity, able to produce consistently excellent results in a changing environment
•Social and able to interact with people in different positions throughout the company
•Curiosity combined with a strong desire to learn and the ability to make it happen
Languages
Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language plus English is required.

Extensive traveling required.
