McKinsey & Company's Operations Practice invites female students from across Europe to experience the real work of a consultant: for 8 to 12 weeks, you will be a full-fledged member of a consultant team on-site at the client. You will work on core activities of the client project, prepare analyses, and participate in client meetings, thus contributing to the effort to help our clients improve their performance.
In our Operations Practice, we have worked on lead-time reduction in commercial aircraft time to market, we have enhanced the distribution performance for a leading food manufacturer, and we have effected a comprehensive operational improvement program for a metal-processing company. We can provide a wide span of engagements and the variety of industries/sectors and topics we cover is huge.
