In Powel, we work to create value for our customers through business critical solutions for the energy, public and contracting sectors and the internship project groups reflect the variety of our business areas. You will work on highly relevant cases and projects in interdisciplinary groups, within one of our business units
Working together in small teams with other interns, you will receive mentoring from Powel employees in an international, knowledgeable, informal, and fun work environment. Interns will work together on business opportunities within one specific business unit. All groups will work within the overarching theme of “CoCreate,” which is also the name of Powel´s customer conference this year. Co-creation refers to a process where people or groups collaborate with one or more companies to develop new products and concepts, which is something we do a lot of in Powel! At the end of the six weeks, you can see how all the projects fit under the main topic.
Some students will be assigned the role of project managers for the total project, if you think that sounds interesting, please notify us in your application.
In Powel, we seek the following qualities and qualifications for our interns: Motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented students who enjoy learning and has relatively good computer skills. International and domestic students, all ages/levels, and from all educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
The internship lasts for a total of six weeks, starting mid-June, with a three-week summer break half way through the programme. The internship takes place at Powel’s head office in Trondheim, Norway.
