The two-year trainee program consists of four separate assignments to different units, to give you a broad understanding of our business. Each assignment will be tailored to your needs, to develop the competence required to fill the permanent position in Corporate HSSE after completion of the program. As a trainee in HSSE, you will be part of our corporate HSSE team, driving tasks and projects related to our HSSE improvement program, collecting data and performing analysis as input to strategy and plans, liaising with HSSE network and other stakeholders across the organisation, and supporting ongoing processes. Statkraft’s ambition is to be a leader within Health Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) as we continue to expand internationally. HSSE is a line responsibility where the corporate function is responsible for policies and group requirements, supporting the line organisation and driving improvement initiatives. The successful candidate should be as enthusiastic as we are about working with meaningful change and improvements, meeting the HSSE challenges in our projects and operations.
