Technology Advisors are responsible for areas like:

• Collecting and analyzing data in a clients existing IT systems and infrastructure
• Analysis and development of enterprise architecture models
• Using cutting-edge tools to analyze systems and design architectures
• Assess sourcing alternatives
• Participating in large-scale, complex programs

IT Strategists help clients generate more business value from IT by identifying areas where IT can enable new business capabilities, including aligning the business and IT agenda, optimizing the investment portfolio and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT organization. This lets the top management achieve greater business value from IT through services like IT strategy development, IT governance and transformation of the IT function. IT Strategists are responsible for areas like:
