Do you want to make sure that everyday problems are crushed globally? Several of Unikia’s brands are already sold internationally through exclusive distributors in each country. So far we have only scratched the surface of international distribution, potential is untapped and we have ambitions that our brands are sold in more than 60 countries worldwide within 2015. The work comprises of: - Setting goals and budgets per country where Unikia has international distributors - Identifying potential distributors for each brand per country - Selecting distributors and negotiate terms - Pushing and supporting distributors to build sales - Establishing international pricing - Evaluating distributors and find new distributors if existing distributors’ performance is low - Attending the largest international trade shows to promote Unikia’s brands The skills we look for: - Personal initiative and leadership skills - Willingness for continuous improvement - Business sense and ability to take the right decisions - Motivation for hard work and large working capacity - Strong communication skills in English; orally and written - Strong analytical skills - Capability to create trust from customers - Relevant education or working experience The world is your stage - are you ready to perform?
