International Talent Programme Aker Solutions’ International Talent Programme is an intensive two-year on-the-job learning experience for people that have a deep interest for the energy industry. The programme is tailored to fit the talents’ background, capabilities and personal preferences, allowing for continuous learning and career development. It consists of three international assignments covering different aspects and regions in Aker Solutions, allowing for a global experience.
