Programme details: • Two year programme with three job rotations • Learning and development workshops • Your own project management mentor Responsibilities and tasks What will you do? Through the assignments, you will acquire insight into key MMO projects. Assignments will be “real jobs” that will challenge and enable you to make a real contribution to the business. Your work will include: • Participation in project teams • Exposure to various tasks • Gaining insight into our project execution process • Each of your three assignments will be in different teams. By completig the programme successfully this will be the firs step towards building a project management career in Aker Solutions.
