We currently have a vacancy for a Wireless Engineer in Norway Job description: You will be responsible for Product/Solutions and the After-sales Technical Support in the field of wireless Networking. You will support our customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts. You will be responsible for all the post-sale support of wireless products in Nordic marketing. Responsibilities: • Project implementation and technical supervision of the subcontractors or service partners. • Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team. • Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners. Pre-sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops. Qualifications: • University degree in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant working experience. • Knowledge of at least one or more of the following products and solutions: wireless network including GSM/CDMA/UMTS • Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including survey and acceptance). • Troubleshooting skills, FLM/SLM. • Fluency in English and Norwegian. Candidate with related after-sales technical service experiences with the incumbents in Europe is preferred.
