Are you looking for a exciting career as a Project Manager in a major Telecoms company? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide strong leadership to the Telecom Network Implementation team. You will help to develop key Customer relationships and closely work with other local organizations to provide effective project delivery to our Customer. Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage projects/program with high risk and complexity ensuring final delivery to meet customer’s expectations of Time and Quality. 2. Ensure program/project complete within budget by efficient cost controlling and internal and external resources management. 3. Acts as primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship. 4. Shares project experience and knowledge of project management provide project management consultation to projects/program in region and training to junior staff members. 5. Manage the projects/ program in pre-sales stage, prepare project management proposal, BOQ, responsibility Matrix and reply the SOC etc, as well as proposal presentation to customer and contract negotiation. Main Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree /or above, in Engineering ,Telecom or equivalent, Full knowledge and experience in the application of professional project management methodologies is essential, Project Management Certification (e.g. P.M.I.) desirable. 2. At least 10 years relevant experience managing large-scale, international projects, full understanding of end to end process delivery, and proven track record of delivery. 3. Good knowledge of Telecom Civil Work would be desirable, but not mandatory. 4. Excellent team building, motivation and leadership skills. 5. Fluent in English. Additional language skills (eg: Norwegian, Swedish, Chinese (Mandarin), etc. would be useful), Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with the Customer and the Project Team at all levels. 5. Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment. 6.
