Join Our Investment Banking Team

Clarksons Securities is seeking ambitious professionals with 1–3 years’ experience - ideally from investment banking, consulting, or financial advisory - who want meaningful responsibility from day one.

What you’ll do

Work in sector-based, high-performing teams where your impact is visible from day one.
Engage directly in live transactions through deal execution, client interaction, and close collaboration with senior bankers.
Own core workstreams across financial modeling, valuation, presentation development, and due diligence.
Be part of a flat and collaborative culture that values initiative and teamwork.

What we look for

You have 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a comparable advisory environment.
You are analytical, curious, and solution-oriented, and you thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
You have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg/Refinitiv and modern AI tools is a plus.
You are professionally fluent in English, fluency in Norwegian is a strong advantage.
